俄羅斯恐怖攻擊頻傳　外交部籲國人注意安全

【陳郁仁／台北報導】俄羅斯近日連續發生兩起爆炸攻擊事件，造成數十人傷亡，由於伊斯蘭武裝份子揚言將襲擊明(103)年2月在俄羅斯索契舉辦的冬季奧運會，俄國政府已下令增加軍、警等安全人員部署，加強維安。我外交部今宣布維持俄羅斯的「黃色」旅遊警示燈號（特別注意旅遊安全並檢討應否前往），但提醒赴俄商旅國人及留學生，尤其前往俄羅斯南部城市或索契等地者，應特別提高警覺，維護自身安全。

外交部表示，國人在俄羅斯境內若遇急難需要協助，請撥打我駐俄羅斯代表處緊急連絡電話：8-916-837-6058(境內直撥號碼)，或撥打國際電話冠碼：+800-085-095與「外交部緊急聯絡中心」聯繫。
