軍艦南海對峙 美批陸不負責任

中國大陸艦艇本月在南海與美國軍艦對峙，美國國防部長黑格（ChuckHagel）今天批評，中方的作法「不負責任」。

法新社報導，黑格在記者會表示：「這種作法沒有助益，不負責任。」他又說，這次事件凸顯兩國需要商訂協議，以避免可能出現「誤判」。
