【動新聞】懺悔願剖心　謝依涵當庭致歉家屬

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台灣高等法院昨開庭審理八里雙屍案，謝依涵帶著法官送的日本小說《與絕望奮鬥：本村洋的3300個日子》出庭表示，願剖心證明悔意，也當庭轉向被害家屬轉頭致歉。謝女律師昨聲請再勘驗陳的別墅，希望以她對別墅擺設瞭若指掌、收到貴重禮品等，證明2人關係親密。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一審被判死刑的謝依涵，昨帶書出庭，庭訊一開始，她表示已受洗，每天禱告、祈求被害家屬走出傷痛，「對於我有沒有懺悔，如果可以把心剖出來，或是有測量的儀器，就很簡單了。」她說：「我知道今年過年，他們家永遠有兩個位置缺席，我很微小，做再多也改變不了殺兩個人的事實。」語畢，謝女轉頭面對被害家屬說出「非常非常抱歉。」
