【動新聞】電鍍4廠黑心排污　追償1.8億

【胡治言／綜合報導】彰化電鍍工廠排放污水污染44公頃農田，其中祥賀、藝松、蘇振輝、啟輝4家電鍍業者，環保署將對其求償1.84億元整治費用。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，針對4電鍍業者求償1.84億元，創下《土壤及地下水污染防治法》上路13年來最高求償紀錄，環署昨向法院聲請假扣押，防止業者脫產。台南和高雄昨另查獲三家電鍍業者偷排廢水，均已移送檢方偵辦。環保署指出，44公頃農地整治約需3至4年，每年農地停耕一公頃須補償9萬元，將由土污基地支付。
