矽品明年資本支出較今年大砍約36%

【楊喻斐／台北報導】半導體封測大廠矽品（2325）今年資本支出大幅衝高至149億元，積極投入高階覆晶封裝與晶圓凸塊等製程，明年資本支出確定放緩，該公司董事會昨決議核准明年資本預算為96億元，較今年大減約36%。

矽品表示，今年所投入的資本支出效應已經逐現顯現，明年也將持續發酵，視整體產業發展、客戶需求以及財務結構等考量下，董事會通過明年資本預算為96億元，仍以擴充彰化廠封測產能及研發支出為主，其資金來源包括自有資金與融資。
