關廟麵廠：沒用茂利澱粉製麵

台南地檢署偵辦偵辦茂利案，追查中盤商南和行下游業者，其中關廟區3家製麵廠名列其中，業者李玉珍表示，3家製麵廠都是家族經營，製作關廟麵使用麵粉，絕對不摻化製澱粉或番薯粉等。農業社會因購物不便，自父親一代就讓南和行寄賣，只要零售商向他們叫貨，他們就會代送，至今幾十年。南和行每月寄賣約30包澱粉，頂多只賣一兩包，銷路並不好，今天衛生局也已全數封存。
