假賣屋詐貸房子遭盜賣　人頭買家遭訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】王姓屋主因缺錢週轉，3年前想以假買賣向銀行貸款，便以6萬佣金請曾任職不動產公司的陳姓男子協助找人頭當買方，協助完成假交易。陳男找了自己的妻子當買方，於2010年6月11日與王姓屋主簽下假賣買契約，約定以580萬元成交，並由陳妻合庫神岡分行貸款350萬元交給王，由王按月付貸款，王並保有房屋所有權狀。
 
但去年10月31日陳男持妻子的委任狀，以遺失為由向台中豐原地政事務所重新申請房屋所有權狀，並於今年5月1日以455萬元出售，王知悉提告。台中地檢署今依背信、偽造文書罪起訴陳男夫婦。至於王等涉及房屋假買賣部分，另案偵辦。
