被誣黑道流氓　立委劉建國獲賠60萬元

【劉昌松／台北報導】民進黨籍立委劉建國，不滿上屆立委選舉期間，被雲林縣同選區對手尹伶瑛指為「有黑道背景」、「養流氓討債」，一狀告上法院，最高法院判決尹需賠償60萬元，並要在《蘋果》等4報頭版刊登道歉啟事定讞。

尹伶瑛雖辯稱，只是用聳動或誇張方式引起選民注意瞭解，其他候選人的過往經歷，並未侵害劉建國的名譽。但台南高分院認為，尹是根據選舉黑函，未經查證就發言，的確讓劉建國的政治名望受損，甚至最後落選，因此判尹伶瑛應賠償、並登報向劉建國道歉。

本案刑事部分，尹伶瑛已因散播不實事項意圖使人不當選罪，被判刑4月，得易科罰金定讞。

劉建國獲賠60萬元。
