基隆小鴨提前見客　海面驚見漂浮垃圾

【陳偉周／基隆報導】黃色小鴨提前1天游進基隆港，今天上午11時許，基隆市議長黃景泰到場評估表示，擔心明天開幕風浪加劇，決定將小鴨浮台定位後不再拖回港區，提前讓鴨迷一睹小鴨風采，民眾紛紛趕緊拿出手機拍攝，不少人撐傘冒雨賞鴨。

由於黃色小鴨提前開展，基隆市警方趕緊動員人力，加強忠一路交通管制；海洋廣場前的海面突然飄出垃圾，零星的保特瓶罐與小鴨共浴，民眾抱怨「有點嘔心，非常掃興！」目前已連繫主辦單位，趕緊派員前往清理。
