空手奪白刃　銀樓老闆智退老賊

【呂志明／台北報導】有強盜前科的71歲老翁羅誠印，因出獄後無法適應社會，竟從操舊業，於今年10月29日，前往台北市康定路一家銀樓，拿出預藏的菜刀準備搶劫，不料卻被同為71歲的老闆，以「空手奪白刃」制伏，台北地檢署今天上午依強盜未遂等罪嫌起訴。

檢警查出，羅誠印當天先到店裡假裝要買金項鍊，因行跡可疑，被眼尖的銀樓鍾姓老闆查覺，以K金項鍊先行試探，沒想到識貨的羅男要老闆不要騙人，但當老闆取出純金項鍊時，羅即從懷中拿出預藏的菜刀，恫嚇交出金項鍊。

鍾姓老闆雖然年事已高，但也非省油的燈，見到對方刀背向下無法傷人，當下使出「空手奪白刃」，將對方的菜刀奪走，並衝出店外求救，羅男追出店外後，遭到巡邏警員發現後逮捕，落網時羅還感嘆：「沒想到一下子就被制伏，看來自己已年邁體衰。」
