小鴨開幕國道恐癱瘓　建議繞道泡溫泉避車潮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨入港倒數3天，基隆市警察局設立「前進指揮所」，主要在黃色小鴨展出期間，監看展區附近的治安情況，開幕當天動員300名警力，負責交通疏散、治安維護及攤販取締，例假日派出220名，平日動員160至180名警力。

基隆市警察交通隊隊長呂自喜表示，開幕當天有外縣市民眾開車來賞鴨，建議從高速公路大華系統銜接台62台甲線，通往基隆市中正路，盡量避免從大業隧道，他呼籲「搭乘大眾運輸來看鴨！」

呂自喜指出，開幕當天國道癱瘓，將在高速公路起點、基隆交流道、台62線與中正路口匝道「截流」，呂自喜說車潮預計仍然會動彈不得，「建議民眾可繞道去金山、萬里泡溫泉，不要同時間塞在國道上！」
