賣iPhone卻給蘋果奶茶　惡賣家狡賴仍被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市黃姓男子今年涉上網刊登假廣告，謊稱要以4800元出售一支iPhone4 16G手機含配件，許姓男子聯繫購買，以貨到付款方式簽收，發現盒內僅有一個鋁箔包蘋果奶茶，怒告黃男詐欺取財。黃男否認自己是賣方，但盒內驗出他的指紋，新北地檢署今據此起訴黃男，最重可判5年。

許男報案指稱，今年5月17日在拍賣網站看到本件賣機廣告，和賣方透過電子郵件與LINE討價還價，敲定4500元成交，取貨卻只收到一個鋁箔包蘋果奶茶。

黃男被檢方依上網IP位址找到，自稱宅配公司送貨員，不是賣方，檢方查出黃男根本未任職宅配公司，且被驗出的指紋是留在手機盒內，非宅配外包裝。黃男另涉他案在押。
