東京若強震　恐死2.3萬人

【李忠謙╱綜合外電報導】日本政府19日發表最新的首都地震災情預想報告，推測若發生震源在東京都南區的規模7.3地震，至少會有2.3萬人死亡（其中1.6萬人因火災喪生）、12.3萬人受傷，超過800萬人因道路損壞無法返家，全國1/5民眾成為災民。

800萬人無家可歸，1220萬戶人家停電，1440萬人無水可用，經濟損失估達95兆3千億日圓(約台幣27.3兆元台幣)，約61萬棟房屋因地震或火災損毀，1.7萬人受困電梯。
