高中男生擁抱女老師　慘遭停學

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國喬治亞州高中生麥克奈爾(Sam McNair)，本月較早時因為下課離開教室時擁抱了女老師，被老師指控性騷擾，遭重罰停學1年，現在網路上有人發起簽名運動，抗議學校判罰。

由學校的閉路電視錄下片段顯示，女老師被麥克奈爾從後方擁抱，她很快便推開他，她指控麥克奈爾的嘴及面頰，接觸到她的頸部後方。她表示，之前就曾經警告麥克奈爾的「不合適」擁抱。但麥克奈爾辯稱，過往也曾擁抱老師，卻從未因此而受罰，「我擁抱每一位老師，展現我對他們的尊敬與熱情」。

洛杉磯一名女子得悉事件後，在網路上發起簽名聯署，強調這樣的處罰並不適當，要求校方推翻，獲得不少人響應。麥克奈爾的媽媽也向校方申請上訴。
