林克穎保釋遭駁　沈呂巡：感謝英檢方

【陳培煌╱台北報導】英商林克穎（Zain Dean）保釋抗告案今遭英國蘇格蘭上訴法院駁回抗告，林繼續羈押。我駐英代表處代表沈呂巡接受《蘋果》訪問表示，「我們做了一切該做的事情」，提供英檢方相關文件、論述等資料，他非常感謝英檢方，林克穎6次聲請保釋，有3次自行撤回，另3次被法官駁回，到明年1月初引渡庭開時，林應該已在牢中待了80多天。

對於明年1月8日和9日召開引渡庭狀況，沈呂巡指出，英國司法制度是三級三審，可能會拖很久，林克穎一直有在找台灣朋友協助提供證詞，但我方已經做好一切準備。

撞死孝子送報生黃俊德、發監前易容潛逃回英的林克穎，經台、英簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」，林今年10月在蘇格蘭被逮、羈押於愛丁堡地方法院迄今，林的律師本月5日向法院聲請保釋遭駁，林不服，再向蘇格蘭上訴法院提出抗告，法官今駁回並確定，將林還押。
