尹清楓命案關係人郭力恆　服刑20年出獄

【夏至賢／綜合報導】海軍武獲室前上校組長郭力恆，因涉及獵雷艦軍購弊案，被軍法機關判處無期徒刑，他向法院聲請減刑，已於12月3日服刑期滿出獄。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，今年8月移監到台北監獄後，郭力恆向法院聲請減刑，高院認定他符合減刑條例「自首」規定，減刑為舊刑法規定有期徒刑最上限的「20年」，郭力恆再提出假釋申請，獲核准縮刑12天。郭力恆在蹲了19年11個月又18天牢房後，終於踏出監獄。

郭力恆是海軍上校尹清楓命案當中最重要的關係人，原本在台南六甲軍監服刑，今年移監到台北監獄，根據獄方人士形容，郭力恆很少講話，「是有史以來最沉默的一位受刑人」。
