日月光廢水毒台　藍委擬提取消免稅優惠

【李英婷／台北報導】日月光董事長張虔生昨出面為高雄K7廠偷排污水事件致歉，並承諾明年起日月光將每年至少捐1億元推動環保工作，持續捐30年。不過，國民黨立委曾巨威卻認為，政府一方面提供日月光巨額補助與免稅優惠，另一方面卻有縱容違法破壞環境，因此連署提案修正《稅捐稽徵法》第48條條文，希望藉由修法，取消觸犯重大違反事件業者，原本從政府所獲得的獎勵優惠。

依曾巨威所草擬條文，納稅義務人逃漏稅或觸犯其他法律，且情節重大者，除依相關稅法及其他法律處理外，財政部應停止其享受獎勵之待遇。
