被控出租未授權影片　王永慶外孫無罪

【張欽／台北報導】台塑集團創辦人王永慶外甥陳主望，所經營的威望公司旗下租片網站NT39及CatchPlay，以線上租片方式出租未經得利影視授權的DVD影片，陳與總經理張心望等4人被依違反《著作權法》及收受贓物罪起訴，不過，台北地院今天判陳等人均無罪，全案可上訴。
 
威望國際是知名IC設計大廠威盛電子斥資1億7500萬元轉投資的線上影音出租業者，陳主望則是王永慶二房長女王貴雲的長子。

起訴指出，《特務風雲》等200多部影片，是由得利影視取得國內獨家販售及出租授權，但2006年12至去年10月間，有出租業者疑因店面倒閉，而在光華商場等地大量拋售影片，男子莊旭弘及甘達福遂以低價大量蒐購後，再與陳主望的公司和做，透過網站擅自出租，4人因而遭起訴。
