【吳國仲／新北報導】今早5時許，多名警員與重機具出現在劉政鴻胞弟劉政池位於陽明山上的「七七行館」前集結，準備開始動工拆除，但門口加裝木門與障礙物，擺明阻擋拒拆。正要破門時，突然衝出2名疑似顧房子的男子，質問陽館處與警方憑什麼拆房子，但拆除行動沒有停止，警員立即把阻擋拆屋的2男拖走，拆除行動也馬上展開。
