證券化商品發行續萎縮

國內證券化商品發行餘額持續下滑，根據金管會最新統計，到今年10月底止，國內證券化商發行餘額從去年底的1,194億元降至1,022億元。

其中包括金融資產證券化商品發行餘額降至523.6億元，不動產證券化商品發行餘額則持平在498.5億元。

2003年開始到今年10月底為止，證券化商品發行量己累積有2兆4971億元，其中以金融資產證券化商品為主，累積發行量有2兆4193億元，不動產證券化商品累積發行量則有778.5億元。
