【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】台北富邦馬拉松今早7時在風雨中鳴槍起跑，雖雨勢不斷，仍吸引7萬人參加，最終由來自肯亞的傑可波(Josphat Kamzee Kepkopol)、瑞貝卡(Rebecca Kangogo Chesire)稱王封后，各抱回120萬台幣獎金，而何盡平、許玉芳則分別以2小時23分33秒、2小時48分17秒獲得台灣組的男、女冠軍。

瑞貝卡透過翻譯表示，第一次到台北參加富邦馬拉松比賽就奪冠，讓她非常高興。
