【林慧娟／綜合報導】41歲的「蓉姊」卡麥蓉狄亞（Cameron Diaz）日前素顏入鏡，自豪地在微網誌「推特」宣傳她的新書《The Body Book》，眼角、嘴角細紋全都露，粉絲直誇她「素顏很美」。
 
模特兒出身的蓉姊入行19年，演出《哈拉瑪莉》、《霹靂嬌娃》、《戀愛沒有假期》、《騎士出任務》等作品，175公分高的她體重54公斤，多年來保持34、24、35的標準身材。她首度出書和影迷分享身材保養祕訣，表示：「剛剛收到《The Body Book》的首刷，這是我最自傲的時刻之一，女孩們，我為妳們和妳們的身體寫這本書，很興奮和大家分享它，妳可以上網預購了。」
 
出版業界人士表示，蓉姊希望透過新書告訴女性影迷，一味地追求瘦身是錯誤的迷思，她們應該理解健康更重要。她接下來還將到中學舉辦座談會，告訴青少女如何攝取均衡的飲食。
