為兒命名反目　妻怒告夫冒簽從父姓

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】賴姓女子去年8月為老公黃姓男子生下一子，2人為孩子命名時意見相左反目，黃男因假冒妻子名義簽署醫院的出生證明欄「從父姓或從母姓」約定欄，遭新北地院依偽造文書罪判2個月徒刑，得易科罰金6萬元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，賴女11月赴戶政機關查詢時，得知被冒簽，氣憤對老公提出告訴，她不滿地表示，隨父姓其實她不反對，但她不喜歡公公請命理師幫孩子取的名字，老公沒幫忙協調，還未尊重她冒簽。
