矯正學校爆性侵　4男逼男口交

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】位在新竹縣、隸屬於法務部矯正署的少年矯正學校傳出性侵案，輕度智障的一名男性收容人先後遭4名男子性侵。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，剛滿18歲的陳姓、林姓和何姓男子，聽聞曾姓男子曾要求輕度智障的收容人打手槍和口交，3人之後分別強行要求逞慾。曾男涉性侵案目前另案調查，另3人已坦承犯案，法院考量3人法律知識不足，且已和被害人和解，依強制猥褻罪、強制性交罪，判3男半年到2年不等徒刑。
