新北全聯 首推購物垃圾袋

新北全聯超市已開始販賣購物、垃圾兩用袋。李定宇攝

【李定宇╱新北報導】北市環保局日前率先公布，在全聯超市、萊爾富超商等逾200家門市提供「環保二次袋」，兼作購物塑膠袋與專用垃圾袋，新北市環保局昨也跟著宣布，全市全聯111家門市，也將提供雙袋合一購物垃圾袋，即起至下月13日，民眾在全聯消費滿1200元，就送1個15公升購物垃圾袋。

超商賣5公升版

新北市環保局指出，為避免民眾丟垃圾時多了個塑膠袋，新北市與全聯率先合作，製作結合購物袋及專用垃圾袋雙重功能的兩用購物袋，採用賣場原本所販賣15公升購物袋改成粉紅色，再加上專用垃圾袋防偽標籤供辨示，以垃圾袋1公升0.4元計算，一個購物垃圾袋收費6元。鑑於民眾在超商購物時常購買5公升購物袋，25日開始也將在新北市境內821間7-11、262間萊爾富開賣5公升購物垃圾袋。
全聯福利中心董事長林敏雄昨說，全聯在新北市每月約售35萬個購物袋，若粉紅色兩用袋全面取代白色購物袋，一年將少420萬個塑膠袋用量。即起至下月13日單筆消費滿1200元，就送兩用袋1個，限量5萬個。
