破門潛入民宅偷吃飯　男加重竊盜起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園1名有竊盜前科的男子楊水源（59歲），日前破壞龍潭鄉陳姓民眾家中鋁門窗後潛入，偷吃陳家電鍋裏的米飯後，又在屋內翻箱倒櫃竊走1批金飾，準備離去時被陳家兒子發覺而逃逸，警方根據現場採得指紋比對後將他逮捕到案。
 
楊男坦承闖入陳家，但辯稱4天沒吃飯，只有偷吃幾口飯，沒有偷金飾，但因被害人指證歷歷，加上楊男已是累犯，桃園地檢署今依加重竊盜罪將他起訴。
