中油板橋地上權案　今招商說明

【劉曉霞／台北報導】中油今天舉行「新北市板橋地上權案」招商說明會，這是中油今年第3筆資產活化個案，預定12月底公告，明年2月底開標，底標價未定，吸引建商、壽險30家業者到場了解。

負責招商的高力國際指出，該案位在在新北市文化路一段188巷，緊鄰中山國中，面積約3120坪，距離四鐵共構板橋車站及捷運新埔站各約500公尺，是新板特區旁唯一大面積方整基地，該地可開發為旅館、辦公、主題商場等複合式商業區。
