恢復王金平黨籍？ 　馬英九：相關部門研處

【陳郁仁／台北報導】國民黨中常委邱復生等人今在國民黨中常會臨時提案，建請廉能會主動調查王金平有無涉及司法關說，早日釐清爭議，若無實際證據證明王涉及司法關說就應還他清白，以維繫國民黨的團結。據與會人士轉述，總統馬英九在會中說，黨內解決，他也非常贊成，但他多次呼籲，可惜沒有效果。 馬並裁示送交相關主管部門研處。

但據了解，相關單位認為，王金平恢復黨籍案，制度程序上沒有解套方案，黨內沒有這樣的處理規定，且這樣的提案，還是程序問題，沒有處理到關說的問題。
