【王智勇／台南報導】因誤買兇宅、押金遭法院沒收的單親媽媽莊明玉，今上午和大眾銀行握手言和，大眾銀行的發言人張寒青指出，除了前幾天該銀行對外說明外，他主要還是特地前來向莊明玉表達歉意，這是大眾銀行行員的疏失所導致，大眾銀行願意承受莊明玉３９萬元的債權，同時未來提供優惠貸款給莊小姐。莊明玉表示願意接受，也感受到大眾銀行的誠意，單親媽媽意外買到兇宅的糾紛，終於告一段落，她將繼續圓他買一間房子給小孩的夢，由於被法拍屋嚇到了，未來應該不會再買法拍屋了，只要存夠錢，在她的經濟能力範圍內，去挑選適合的房子。
