早就內定好了，是方案三

為啥說內定，一開始說是民調
但是被人發現樣本數只有1068份
且和網路上大家的期望不同

就算01是反指標
蘋果日報也做過相關民調
一樣和高公局不同

若這不是內定，什麼才是內定

前20公里免費
20-200公里，1.2元
200公里以上，0.9元
橫向不收費
不知這樣費率，有無違憲

目前只知道，這樣的計程收費
沒有公平正義，只有變貴，和政治妥協

讓一堆人失業，卻花更多的錢給家民營公司
且這家民營公司還可以掌握許多車主的車籍資料

唉
