抗議馬英九遭送辦　3女大生法院判不罰

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】上月24日亞洲大學安藤忠雄美術館「亞洲現代美術館」盛大開幕時，3名亞洲大學女學生在總統馬英九致詞過程中，突然拿出抗議海報，高喊「拒絕暴力政府、重視人民疾苦」，被維安人員上前制止，強行拖離現場，並以「藉端滋擾」為由，違反《社會秩序維護法》移送台中地院裁處，法官今裁定，3人不罰。
 
法官認為，《社維法》的目的在保護公共場所秩序安寧，從蒐證畫面來看，3人基於公共議題言論、請願等自由，在公共場所傳達意見，受《憲法》保障，且1人在場外發傳單，2人持海報還沒靠近舞台就被制止，現場僅部分參加人員回頭觀看，馬總統致詞也沒受影響，完全無「藉端滋擾」情事，故不罰。
