貨幣流通創造斷裂 估ECB採更寬鬆政策

元大寶華綜合經濟研究院今天指出，2013年10月歐元區貨幣供給M3年增率降至1.4%，M1年增率降至6.6%。

元大寶華指出，歐元區M1年增率放緩來自於隔夜存款降溫，同時民間信用流通仍在萎縮當中，尤其是象徵經濟成長動能M3快速萎縮，這暗示著歐元區卻乏穩定持久的成長動能，也正好呼應近期再轉下滑的採購經理人指數 (PMI)，歐元區經濟仍十分疲弱，且缺乏成長動能。

元大寶華指出，隨著M2存款、M3市場性工具快速萎縮，歐元區不但缺乏長久穩定的貨幣供給，同時貨幣流通創造的過程也出現斷裂。元大寶華認為，未來歐元區貨幣供給是出現反轉或是繼續惡化，將決定歐洲央行（ECB）是否採取更加寬鬆的貨幣政策值得密切留意。
