立院朝野聲明　應就中國劃識別區抗議

因不滿中國單方面劃設東海防空識別區（ADIZ），在野黨上午佔據立院主席台，要求政府表達抗議；經立法院長王金平召集朝野協商後，國民黨團、民進黨團、台聯黨團罕見達成一致決議，在院會發表共同聲明，要求政府應表抗議，且拒向中方遞交飛行計畫書。

朝野聲明全文如下：
「我國政府應就中共當局劃設東海防空識別區表達嚴正抗議，並應與區域友邦一致行動，不向中共當局遞交飛行計畫書。同時呼籲中共當局知所節制，應立即與美日韓澳及台灣等區域相關國家，以多邊和平協商方式解決此一爭議，早日撤回此一東海防空識別區的決定，以利區域和平穩定之維繫。」
