紀委會決議 柯建銘關說案不成立

立法院紀律委員會今日上午處理民進黨籍立委柯建銘自請調查案，高檢署檢察長陳守煌到會說明。

紀律委員會調查後認為柯建銘因全民電通案向王院長訴苦，經柯建銘陳述，並經王金平證實，

紀律委員會再查，黃世銘所陳述有關柯建銘委員去電陳守煌關說等情事，陳守煌於紀律委員會中否認。

對此，紀律委員會召開朝野協商討論，柯建銘關說案不予成立，也不予處分。
