洩密案律師團：認同黃揭發關說案

檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，黃世銘委任律師團在全案開庭以前，以新聞稿指出，政治或許可以妥協，但司法絕不能軟弱，捍衛司法獨立及其公正性，是司法人員以及社會大眾共同的責任，「這也是為什麼黃總長在萬箭穿心，甚至於五馬分屍的狀況下，都必須堅持走下去的理由」。

律師團指出，他們支持黃世銘揭發關說案在於為司法建立一個公平、純淨的辦案空間，也「唯有司法人無懼，才足以令司法關說卻步。」
