興富發台中買地　奪回獵地王寶座

【劉曉霞／台北報導】獵地不手軟的興富發建設(2542)昨天再度在台中購地，為明年推案儲存土地，興富發今年來獵地不手軟，獵地王寶座一度被遠雄建設奪走，昨天買下台中土地後，今年購地金額超過百億元，來到107.63億元。

興富發副總廖昭雄表示，昨日購入的台中土地，最快明年上半年可推案，預計總銷可達25億元，激勵興富發早盤開高，一度來到65.5元，受到周線反壓，午盤漲幅收斂，在65.1元附近震盪。
