桃縣吶喊：一定要加強稽查管制

桃園縣觀新藻礁區及沿海，經常遭到觀音工業區工廠排放廢水汙染嚴重，造成千年藻礁生態破壞，桃園在地環盟理事長潘忠政長期巡視保護藻礁，他說，進入藻礁沿岸，可發現珍稀藻礁急速惡化死亡，河川上游汙染嚴重，存活的牡蠣也是汙染綠牡蠣。

潘忠政說，政府必須重視藻礁生態議題，設置觀新藻礁自然保留區，透過嚴格的罰責，加汙染稽查，才能杜絕汙染源，才能真正挽救藻礁面臨消失命運。
