【動新聞】8乳品未檢出禁藥　業者擬求償

【胡治言／綜合報導】《商業周刊》報導9款乳品疑含禁藥，衛福部和農委會重驗其中8款證實，均未檢出動物用藥殘留抗生素、塑化劑、荷爾蒙類藥物、抗憂鬱藥和止痛劑。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，9款爭議乳品扣除已停售的味全木瓜牛乳，衛福部和農委會分別重驗8款，檢測86項動物用藥殘留抗生素、9項塑化劑、抗憂鬱藥及止痛劑、荷爾蒙類藥物，合計98項均未檢出，農委會擴大抽驗另15款乳品也未檢出。此爭議導致近期乳品銷量約掉2至4成，受影響的業者也不排除向《商周》提告求償。

《商周》昨聲明，政府「未檢出」僅代表含量在國家標準容許範圍內，不等於「零檢出」，希望扮演媒體「吹哨人」警示角色，指出牛奶可能含不當藥物殘留，政府也應與專家研商，針對乳品訂定塑化劑含量容許標準。
