借8千元學費沒上課　女被前男友指涉詐欺

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市29歲蘇姓女子被劉姓男子指控，交往期間屢以家裡要繳房貸、爸爸酒駕要罰款等理由騙錢，蘇女辯稱劉男自願出錢資助。新北地檢署查出，蘇女向劉男商借一筆8千元學費，卻無任何入學紀錄，今起訴蘇女涉犯詐欺取財罪嫌，最重可判5年。

據悉，劉男2008年在鋼琴酒吧認識蘇女，交往1年間，劉男拿保單質借、信用貸款甚至把年終獎金全交給蘇女，總額達20多萬元，蘇女隔年11月傳簡訊分手。劉男發現蘇女劈腿，向蘇女索還借款被拒，憤而提告。

蘇女找2名追求者作證自願借錢，不認為被騙。檢方查明蘇女家境確實困窘，父親也真因酒駕案易科罰金，兩度將蘇女不起訴。

劉男不甘心，終於靠著一筆註記「學費」的匯款資料，讓蘇女栽在8千元的借款上。
