陳德銘訪台　台聯：海基會隨行花2百萬

【黃揚明／台北報導】中國海協會會長陳德銘明起訪台8天，台聯立委黃文玲下午指出，雖然海協會此行自費，但海基會隨行支出共編列208萬元，且均由政府支付款項支應，形同全民埋單。她說，她向海基會調閱陳德銘8天詳細行程，卻僅得到每天上下午各1場的簡要公開行程，質疑海基會花人民錢接待，卻不敢面對民代監督。

黃文玲指出，海基會此次共編列隨行相關支出預算208萬9千多元，其中食宿、交通等支出就佔122萬元，一場歡迎晚宴就花17萬3千多元，另外前置勘查費用也花17萬元，另外還有雜支21萬7千多元、備勤費用28萬餘元。

此外，據黃文玲私下瞭解，陳德銘此行許多台灣藍營縣市首長都會設宴招待，包括台北市長郝龍斌、新北市長朱立倫、桃園縣長吳志揚、台中市長胡志強、嘉義市長黃敏惠、新竹市長許明財；此外藍營大老連戰、吳伯雄也將設宴招待，但海基會提供行程卻相當陽春，根本是刻意隱瞞。
