中古車商借屍還魂　獲利上百萬元被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】中古車買賣商李金生(37歲)從2年前起，向他人購入發生重大交通事故車後，轉交不明人士拆除引擎，換上偷來或是不明來路的引擎、車牌號碼，以「借屍還魂」方式，放到不知情車商處寄賣，至今賣出至少4輛，不法牟利逾百萬元。
 
李到案後坦承犯案，台中地檢署偵結，依偽造文書、贓物等罪將李提起公訴。
