逼少女賣淫　女惡霸3人判賠80萬

【許淑惠／台中報導】綽號「小黑」的大姐頭劉益茹(29歲)與同性女友胡宇萱(27歲)，前年經營網路應召站，吸收未成年少女賣淫，男子林士傑(20歲)則負責向男客收錢，每次3千元，劉女等人約定所得對半拆帳。

前年9月，其中1名少女拒再接客，劉女等人押走少女的弟弟，並逼少女簽「不接客損失」和「防逃本票」共15萬餘元，迫使少女繼續賣淫。
 
劉女等3人事後被捕，刑事部份被依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》判刑6年至13年6月不等，少女和弟弟另提民事求償，台中高分院判決劉女等3人要賠償少女精神撫金共60萬元，賠償少女弟弟20萬元，3人共需賠姊弟倆80萬元。
