罵「看」不是「幹」　公然侮辱不起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄一名補習司法特考的李姓男子今年9月晚間，在補習班因發放書籍問題與經理發生爭執，在補習班一樓大廳辱罵該曾姓經理一聲「幹」，遭提告公然侮辱。但經檢察官勘驗曾的手機錄音，發現李男說的是「看」不是「幹」，將他不起訴。

李男偵訊時坦承不爽曾男發放書籍囉唆，與他爭執，但是他是說了「看」而非「幹」，檢察官當庭勘驗曾的手機錄音檔，沒聽到李男罵人，又再帶耳機仔細聽，才聽到有男子發出一聲「肯」的四聲，並非「幹」聲，於是採信李男說當時是說「看」。
