【陳郁仁／台北報導】中國大陸片面公布東海防空識別區，美日都表達強烈抗議，區域緊張情勢升高。我外交部長林永樂今在立法院受訪時表示，我國昨天都有跟美日兩國溝通，希望各邊可以「和平對話，解決爭端」。

此外，林永樂也強調，中國公布航空識別區，不影響我國捍衛主權和漁權的決心。
