調閱黃世銘監聽資料屢受阻　立委批有鬼

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院司法法制委員會成立監聽調閱專案小組，不過調閱檢察總長黃世銘相關卷證卻屢受阻，立委陳其邁、吳宜臻、蔡其昌上午痛斥總統府有鬼！吳宜臻表示，國會調查權不應被各種理由與藉口阻擋，呼籲盡速提供調閱資料。

陳其邁指出，黃世銘9月質詢時允諾提供上任起前往總統府與官邸的次數、日期與事由等相關資料，法務部也來函表示，若憑記憶所及會有誤差，建請向總統府查詢。但總統府先是以案件偵查中，無法提供資料；11月14日更以一般公務機密回函，以個資為由拒絕提供資料，這一份公文甚至要10年後才能解密，遭砲轟才解密；陳其邁質疑，公文無檢舉人資料也非個人隱私，更無涉行政機關運作，為何列為機密？總統府、黃世銘心中有鬼，到底在怕什麼？

蔡其昌表示，《憲法》賦予國會調查權，但行政體系竟聯手限縮，再三推拖不願提供資料，他說，有藍委指出總統府卡到陰，「總統府有沒有鬼不知道，但黃世銘心中一定有鬼！」
