【動新聞】西化飲食　大腸癌攀高峰

【方翊倩／綜合報導】最新調查，台灣有半數人擔心罹癌，而最害怕就是大腸直腸癌，飲食西化加上運動量不足，已嚴重威脅中壯年朋友。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，大腸直腸癌的發生，與飲食及家族遺傳很有關聯，林口長庚大腸直腸肛門外科主任陳進勛提供了一個研究觀察，日本人大腸直腸癌發生率不高，但夏威夷日裔美人，大腸直腸癌發生率增加，這與西式飲食有很大關係。美國研究發現，接受大腸鏡及瘜肉切除術可減少大腸直腸癌的發生率，而良好的飲食習慣，如運動、避免腹圍過大、不抽菸等，可降低二成三的罹癌風險。
