【短片】奢侈稅微調　王應傑：服順民意

【洪安怡／台北報導】為解決台灣都會區高房價的隱憂，地方政府往興建合宜住宅的方向進行，東森房屋董事長王應傑於20日表示，政府興建公有住宅的效率有待加強。公有地應作為社會福利的範疇，興建世世代代能傳承的合宜住宅，以解決房價高升的問題。
 
針對奢侈稅將修法微調，王應傑強調，奢侈稅達到對投機客的克制，但無助於抑制房價，且目前台灣產業萎縮，房地產買賣從過去每年的40萬戶降至去年的36萬戶，將奢侈稅小幅修改，可說是財政部「服順民意」的表現。
