【王文傑╱花蓮報導】「聞香下馬竟變聞香仆街！」以公正包子店名聞遐邇的花蓮市公正商圈，市公所去年底將路面改鋪花崗岩石板後，因路面平滑，每逢雨天就上演摔跤秀，商家不滿投訴「路超滑，下雨就像溜冰場」，「一天起碼要扶五名機車騎士」，連民眾走路逛街也跌倒，市公所卻遲遲未改善，民眾憤將摔車監視畫面po網，直斥政府罔顧人命。
