【黎百代／桃園報導】竹聯幫信堂張姓成員（19歲、多項毒品前科）和手下小弟為了吸毒及玩樂花費，今年5月開始在桃園縣楊梅市青山街租下公寓開設應召站，成員在網咖、網路上尋找未成年翹家少女，以介紹從事傳播妹名義趁機性侵後，再帶到應召站控制行動，在網路，聊天室攬男客買春強迫賣淫，再提供k他命毒品給少女從賣淫所得扣除費用，少女若是想逃走則以威脅告訴家人賣淫等恐嚇。

警方調查數月後，今兵分多路到主嫌張男及成員等6人住處逮人，訊後依組織犯罪、毒品、妨害性自主等罪嫌移送法辦。
