SEMI北美半導體BB值報1.05 逆轉連三月跌勢

國際半導體設備材料協會(SEMI)19日公佈，2013年10月北美半導體設備製造商接單出貨比(Book-to-Bill ratio)初估為1.05，打破前三個月的下滑趨勢，重回成長。1.05意味著當月每出貨100美元的產品能接獲價值105美元的新訂單。

SEMI這份初估數據顯示，2013年10月北美半導體設備製造商接獲全球訂單的3個月移動平均金額初估為11.2億美元、較9月的9.928億美元增加13.3%，且較2012年同期的7.428億美元激增51.4%。

10月北美半導體設備製造商3個月移動平均出貨金額初估為10.7億美元，較9月的10.2億美元上揚4.9%，且較2012年同期的9.855億美元上升8.7%。

費城半導體指數19日跌1.26%(6.34點)至497.88點， 為連續第2個交易日收低。
